BPA Foundation was constituted as a Trust registered under the Trust Deed.

The Trust was founded by Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, a renowned corporate executive, literary scholar and an Advocate at Supreme Court of India.

The Trust is administered by a Board of Trustees consisting of Dr. Manorama (Managing Trustee), Advocate Kamini (Trustee) and Mrs. Ranjana Shukla (Trustee).

The Trust has its office at C-122, Sector-19, Noida-Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh- 201301 (the constitutional office is located at 116, Samachar Apartment Delhi- 110091).

The Trust/Foundation is duly registered under section 80G and Section 12A of the Income-tax Act, 1961, and the donors are eligible for reduction under the Income-tax Act, 1961.

The Trust/Foundation is also registered under TruCS and eligible for CSR Funds of the Companies emprovisioned under the Corporate Social Responsibilities Scheme.

BPA Foundation is not registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act
